On Monday 13th of August 2012, it began around 2.30pm to 3.40 pm Singapore time an pop up login prompt appeared on most browsers when you surf internet using Singtel/Singnet internet connection.
So if you meet the following criterial you may be affected
- Singtel mobile subscribers – using any smart phones like iPhone/Android and etc that can surf internet
- Singnet home internet broadband subscribers
- Internet browsers such as Safari, IE and Firefox except Chrome
- iTunes AppStore
By reading the local popular forum Hardwarezone.com.sg, I realised this problem was affecting many people.
So far I haven’t seen anyone from other countries complaining about this problem but do comment below if you have this issue and you don’t live in Singapore or even use Singtel services.
